"You don't have to leave to go to a smaller company, you don't have to become an entrepreneur, stay at those big companies if you want, and use that voice, use those other women around you to create the camaraderie and the team that the men did years ago."

In the end, the forum agrees there's much work to be done on all levels. As Helene remarks, "The policies and practices of corporations and institutions must continue to change, as we must change."
